If the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' ETHUSD_RTI before 2:15 AM EST on Feb 19, 2026 is at least the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' ETHUSD_RTI before 2:00 AM EST on February 19, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
