If the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' SOLUSD_RTI before 6 AM EST is above 47.9999 at 6 AM EST on Feb 19, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.

At the last minute before expiration, 60 RTI prices are collected. The official and final value is the average of these prices.
