1. Service scopeService scope

Kestrell provides software that helps users browse prediction markets, review trader activity, compare venues, and, where enabled, prepare and submit user-authorized orders to third-party venues.

Some features may be experimental, region-limited, delayed, or withdrawn without notice. Read-only product features may remain available even when trading is disabled.

2. Eligibility and restricted locationsEligibility and restricted locations

You may use Kestrell only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and doing so is lawful where you are physically located, ordinarily reside, are domiciled, and, where applicable, hold citizenship or nationality. You are responsible for knowing whether prediction-market activity, wallet use, or related services are restricted in any jurisdiction that applies to you.

Kestrell may block or disable trading access based on geography, sanctions screening, legal review, third-party venue policy, product policy, or risk controls. If we cannot determine eligibility with sufficient confidence, trading may stay unavailable.

A third-party venue's availability rules may be stricter than Kestrell's interface rules. Access to Kestrell does not mean that you are eligible to trade on Polymarket, Polymarket US, or any other venue.

• By using trading features, you represent that you are not physically located in, ordinarily resident in, domiciled in, a citizen or national of a blocked or close-only jurisdiction where applicable, or otherwise subject to the laws of a blocked or close-only jurisdiction.
• Do not use Kestrell trading features from blocked or close-only jurisdictions.
• Do not use a VPN, proxy, relay, remote desktop, or any other method to evade or misrepresent your status under geographic or compliance restrictions.
• Do not ask another person or entity to route orders on your behalf when you are not eligible yourself.

3. Wallets, signatures, and non-custodial useWallets, signatures, and non-custodial use

You control the wallet you connect to Kestrell. Any order, authorization, or wallet signature initiated from your wallet is treated as your instruction.

Kestrell does not custody assets and does not recover private keys, seed phrases, or wallet access. Do not enter a seed phrase or private key into Kestrell. If you lose wallet access or authorize a malicious signature, we may be unable to reverse the result.

4. Trading workflow and third-party servicesTrading workflow and third-party services

If trading is enabled, Kestrell may help you generate or store encrypted session material needed to interact with Polymarket's CLOB or other third-party systems. Session material can include API credentials, delegated signing material, tokens, nonces, and related authentication state, but not your private key or seed phrase.

Those services remain separate products with their own terms, policies, outages, regulatory status, and failure modes. Kestrell does not onboard you to Polymarket US or any regulated exchange, and references to Polymarket are for market-data, compatibility, or execution-workflow purposes only.

Trade execution, order acceptance, settlement, blockchain confirmation, market resolution, and withdrawal availability depend on third parties, including Polymarket, Polygon, wallet providers, RPC infrastructure, hosting providers, and analytics vendors.

• Kestrell does not guarantee that an order can be placed, matched, canceled, or settled.
• We do not guarantee that displayed balances, positions, market metadata, or trader metrics are complete, current, or error-free.
• A connected venue may reject, delay, amend, or close access to your account or orders without our control.

5. No advice and no fiduciary relationshipNo advice and no fiduciary relationship

Kestrell content is informational. Nothing on the service is a recommendation to trade, hold, exit, hedge, or copy another participant.

We do not undertake a fiduciary duty to you. Any trader rankings, analytics, or copy-trade concepts are research tools, not endorsements.

6. Trading and market risksTrading and market risks

Prediction markets are speculative. You can lose the full amount you commit, plus transaction costs, fees, and opportunity cost.

Prices can move quickly, liquidity can disappear, spreads can widen, and displayed quotes can become stale before an order reaches a venue. You may receive a worse execution price than expected or no execution at all.

Markets can resolve in ways you dispute. Technical failures, oracle errors, chain congestion, venue downtime, wallet failures, relayer failures, or governance actions can create losses even when your thesis is correct.

7. Data accuracy, uptime, and product changesData accuracy, uptime, and product changes

Kestrell tries to present useful data, but we do not warrant that any chart, leaderboard, quote, order book, resolution status, or cross-venue comparison is accurate, complete, timely, or fit for a particular purpose.

We may modify, pause, or remove features, rate limits, APIs, and account access at any time, including for legal, operational, or security reasons.

8. Acceptable useAcceptable use

• Do not break the law, violate sanctions, or evade jurisdictional controls.
• Do not scrape or abuse the service beyond published limits or normal interactive use.
• Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of Kestrell or any integrated third-party venue.
• Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent authority over a wallet, or use stolen credentials.

9. Suspension and terminationSuspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, disable features, or refuse a request if we believe it creates legal, compliance, operational, security, or reputational risk.

You may stop using Kestrell at any time. Termination does not reverse or cancel transactions already accepted by a third-party venue or blockchain network.

10. Intellectual propertyIntellectual property

Kestrell and its original software, branding, and site content remain our property or the property of our licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership rights to you.

Third-party names, marks, and data sources remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to Polymarket or other venues does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

11. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnityDisclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kestrell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, trading losses, or blockchain losses arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kestrell, its operators, and service providers from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your breach of law or third-party rights.

12. Changes, governing law, and contactChanges, governing law, and contact

We may revise these terms by updating this page. Material changes may also be surfaced in-product when practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes handled in the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
